The sky is blue, the crocus are blooming and the hard frosts are (hopefully) past. It’s time to start prepping for the 2022 season. Join the farm crew on April 9 from 10 AM to 1 PM for a day of clearing winter debris, preparing our existing space for new plants, and did we mention, building and filling 7+ new beds! Major thanks to the Athens DPW for giving us a flat, well-draining site to grow (and grow).
Can’t make this first work day at the farm? There is plenty of soil to move and fence to raise. Additional work days are planned for April 23 and throughout May. Then we have a whole season of watering, weeding and harvesting ahead! We’ll be in touch with ways to get involved throughout the year.

Good to hear from you Sarah and crew. I noticed the Russian sage I planted outside the garden facing the sheds is up and doing well. Just a reminder that it is there and I will put a tag on it too. OK Hope to be there for a half hour cause Sat am is qigong class for me. Catch you then or at a later dayte!
