Even though its felt like it for weeks, it’s officially Summer! Just an admin note, we’re moving our workday a little earlier for the next few months to get ahead of sweating it out in the mid-day sun. Join the farm crew Sunday, June 28 from 10 am – 12 pm for a day of peak season maintenance. Our plants are growing (and so are the weeds) so lets give them all the help we can – weeding, trellising, pruning… and maybe even some fall crop planting and garlic harvest. We’ll see together!
Can’t make it this time? Don’t worry! We’ll have plenty more work days this season. Keep an eye here or on our social pages for more info and reach out to athenscommunityfarm[at]gmail.com with any questions!
