Well all, we made it to the end of our first season as a community farm team. We accomplished so much! We built, filled and farmed a brand new space, shared in 22+ weeks of harvest and pick-your-own, and installed some really cute melon hammocks along the way. Come by the farm this Sunday, October 31st from 12-3 PM for a FUN day celebrating the season. They’ll be snacks and music and a chance to screen print the Athens Community Farm logo on anything you want – shirts, totes, bandanas, babies… you bring it, we’ll print it together!
During this time we’ll also hold our October farm meeting, taking some time to look back on this year and share what new things we want to try out in 2022.
