Join the Community Farm team for a special evening edition of our work day on Thursday, June 29 from 6-8 PM. We’ll be painting signs for all the veggies we have growing so that even new pickers know whats hiding under those row covers. Paint, signs, and a long list of crops will be provided. And yes, there will be drinks and snacks. Call it a drink and draw, a paint and sip, but it’s free and you’ll be surrounded by your very own neighborhood farm (and farmers).
Can’t make it this time? Don’t worry! We’ll have a work day every month, along with other fun events – mushroom workshops, art classes, and more – throughout the season. Keep an eye here or on our social pages for more info and reach out to athenscommunityfarm[at]gmail.com with any questions!
