We’re in the weeds. Literally. The work day this month is devoted to pulling up all the weeds both in and around beds that are just loving all this rain and heat. But don’t worry, if spending a Saturday morning ripping up lambs quarters doesn’t excite you, we’ll also be pulling our early summer plants (bye bye peas) and seeding some fall crops (hi carrots, beans + more).
Can’t make it this time? Don’t worry! We’ll have a work day every month, along with other fun events throughout the season. And don’t forget to stop by to pick whatever you need for dinner – cucumbers, zucchini, greens, herbs, eggplant, peppers, even some early tomatoes.
